just things (trains!!!)

Got back from New York, the best part of New York is the trains/subways!! I think they are so cool!

I won the hacker contest and got first place which is pretty cool!

I came back and found out that Summer (she's this girl at the gym) stole my workout partner while I was gone... And I don't think she's going to give him back; so now I'm working out alone. I have more fun workout out with other people, but eventually (I hope) she'll get tired of it and I'll have Tom back. But I've resigned to the fact that he's probably gone forever; (un?)fortunately she is a lot prettier than I am and I do not see him ever wanting to trade back to me.

Any volunteers who want to work out with me? I usually workout everyday at Fitness Essentials.

I'm flying out thursday night to phoenix, sold a place down there... taking my mom w/ me it'll be kind of a signing/vacation/work (got to clean up the place).

Shame on her for ditching you! I would work out with you but I'm not much of a workout partner. I like doing a lot of cardio. And yoga. Do you want to go to yoga with us?

You mean him for ditching me right? Well, I can't blame him; I wouldn't have done it; but it's alright!

What do you do for cardio? my routine is usually cardio 2-3 times a week and weights 2-3 a week. Cardio involves running about 5 miles.

Can you do yoga at the gym? or do I have to go somewhere else?

Yes, shame on him! Sorry, misread your blog and thought you had been hanging out with Summer. And then I thought, how could Summer ditch someone as cute as you for some other guy?

I do cardio 5x a week. Usually 45 min on some cardio machine, either elliptical or treadmill (running). I want to do weights more often, but not "bulk-me-up" weights. You know, girly weights. :)

I like Rainforest Yoga, which is downtown in the same building as the Heritage and the Gold Town Nickelodean. You have to pay per class, though. If you're interested we could arrange to go to one next week. It's nice to be flexible!
