test me! ask me about my day on any day in the last 28 years!

I have a very good memory when I attempt to recall something...

Would you like to test it?

Give me a date, anytime in the last 28 years and I will tell you exactly what I was doing that day, anything... and my Memory goes back very far.....

(or at least I will try and give you the best result that I remember anyway)

Maybe I'll fail miserably, or I may just get that "highlight" event of the week. But try it, just post a date and I'll tell you what I did.

BTW Yesterday was fabulous snowboarding... WOW the weather was FANTASTIC!

That's easy! That was valentines day, at right at that time John Hyland came in on the airplane.

Although he was late, and my Brother in Law was over at my house... I was busy trying to fix my heater right about that time, while waiting for John to come by.

I was going to go to bible study, but I didn't have a vehicle because John Hyland was coming in on the airplane from Florida and needed a ride home.

I was living with My Mom during that time, it was COLD!

The big exciting thing is that day there was a unpatched ROOT exploit for apache 2, which is emailed Dave Bebout and Kyle Smith about... it was pretty big news! I also spent a little time working on Evelyne and David Duanes website problem.

Thankfully I was still using apache 1.3 at the time and not to using 2.0 yet because of the problems with php4.

For some reason this day in history doesn't stick out.

Kevin was living with me at my Mom's house at this time too.

I was working at DEC, and I drove my pathfinder to work from My mom's house. Kevin was in town and he was working out at the middle school.

Sorry :(, this day just wasn't that important of a day....

I was living at home at my Mom's house in Sunburst.

This was a couple of weeks after gradutation from High School.

Work started at CVI at 9am, I got into my chevelle and drove over to Carson Valley Inn. I got off at 3:00pm. (Yes I had an easy day), that day it was sunny (it was ALWAYS sunny), so I went running over at Jacks Valley Road. They had some really nice desert paths over there. And I just liked the area it was beautiful in the desert.

Mom made me something for dinner, I don't recall and I played on my Cyrix in linux for a while and played CIV. I was hooked on that game. I just got a brand new Pentium 200 w/ 64MBs of RAM that was TOTALLY awesome!

I played my turn a TW2002, and Baron Realms Elite, Solar Realms Epite, and LORD.

I went to Bible Study at the Forbes house.

When I got home I stayed LATE playing civ... and off/and on messing around with my BBS.

(I apologize AGAIN, this is another day which I can't be absolutely sure what happened as it wasn't a very important day for me! Sorry!!)

I am amazed and impressed. When are you going to put this skill to use for your own personal gain? Or at the very least, to serve your country?

Impressive...pretty good to remember details of past days like that. When was the last time you cooked for a gal you really admired? Smile... silly question eh? Here is another you can choose to ancwer either one... How did u spend your day on the 4TH OF JULY last summer? :)

I'm going to broaden the range from the first question: last time I cooked PERIOD. Probably by your opinion never!

And for a Gal, absolutely never! That would be one way to scare anyone away! :)

That day I DO remember:

I woke up at 10:00am by my sister calling me in the morning... I remember
being VERY groggy.

I heard my sister was taking Ania down to the parade at
somepoint.

I walked over to my Moms house where she made me pancakes and eggs and toast,
AND waffles!

It was great!

When I walked over to my Mom's house the rain was sprinkling just a little
bit, I managed to get my Mom and step dad to walk down to where the parade
was, we walked around for a while, I remember seeing Clara Sperl, and some
other people. Then it started to rain so we walked back to the house.

I later wandered back to my house and I was playing eve-online... I was
totally addicted to that game.

Also worked with Kyle on the oldvector (although at the time it wasn't called
oldvector, little did I know that the machine was going to turn into a big
expensive lemon....)

I was having ear-infection problems that day too, which really ruined it. I
remember being sick a lot, the whole first part of the year was ruined big
time because of being sick a lot.

I also watched King Kong the movie on my computer!!!!

Anyway... that's what I remember from July 4th

This was a week before halloween, it would have been easier if you would have asked what happened halloween day.

This is a categorized `uneventful day' for Myron. As this day blurred into
several others right next to it. The only thing that was special about this
day is it was leading upto haloween.

Now, I don't remember if this day was October 22nd or just a few right before
or after, but I remember my day going like this:

My Mom woke me WAY to early... I had to be at school by 7:30am so it SUCKED
terribly. I went to Faith Lutheran High School and I was a freshman. I just
got into this school about 2 weeks earlier and my Mom wanted to make sure I
had a good impression on everyone.

School was out at 4:00 and they were 'attempting' to do some kind of
afterschool sports. I REALLY wanted cross country as 2-3 weeks ago I was on the
cross country team at Ponderosa High School... but no luck. Sports weren't on
their high priority list.

Everyone at school looked down on public school kids as if they were dumb.
But I showed them, for the first time in my life I actually tried. I got
straight A's in all of my classes and I did the homework. And I pretended as
if it was easy, basically as if all of this stuff was easy stuff I've already
done.

Essentially since I moved from Alaska, the teachers from that school by then
had a VERY high opinion of the teachers in Alaska because I did so well.

I had 8-9 classes at that school, pretty heavy workload.

At that point in time I had a i486 DX266 w/ 8MB of ram and 340MB of disk
space with a Soundblaster 16 ASP. I was trying to get my BBS hooked up but there was SO many BBS's, my
favorite was the 24th street BBS. Also I didn't have a dedicated phone line.
About that same time I downloaded linux 0.99q from the 24th street BBS.

Everyday I would play BRE, SRE, and several other door games I was addicted
too on the local BBS's.

I have failed you in that I don't remember every moment of the day, but it
really wasn't that interesting, just fragments from that week...

ahh!! I suck!

Ok, since you supposedly have such a strong talent, the only way we can prove that you are (1) not lying or (2) not cheating is by answering a question that can be verified. So here it is, what was I doing on Sept. 13th, 2003?

Hmm.... I'd guess you were Salmon Fishing and Grouse hunting umm... probably around Clear Creek in Alaska.

I'm pretty sure about that too...

Soy Milk RULES!!!

Friday, February 16, 2007

Soy Milk RULES!!!

I bought some soymilk from Costco, and this stuff is the best tasting milk I've ever had in my entire life. I love this stuff!

my back is getting better, I worked out on tuesday and I found out I have lost a lot of strength because of my injury. I did a light workout, only ran 1 mile, and 3-4 strength exercises.

Thursday I went climbing, I didn't do too much, but it felt good. And when my back started to ache I finished up. I'm trying to take the safe path to recovery...

Now lets move the conversation back to Soymilk! WOW This is great stuff!!! It's cheaper than regular milk, tastes better too! I found out from my Mom that when I was a little little guy, I would cry at just about everything, but all I loved soy products... so I think I found the perfect drink for me!

I've been busy doing stuff, but I haven't been as active because of my injury.

I have new friends on myspace:

everyone welcome the following people to my friends list:
Shelley Bartlett - This is the REALLY nice lady that worked at the gym I used
to go to, her daughter is also on my friends list (summer). Welcome to
myspace friends list!
Torsten Ernst - Torsten is my friend from DEC, he took Russell's old job...
we're going snowboarding tommorrow should be fun! (that reminds me I don't
know how much I can handle snowboarding much more this year with my injury and
I'm afraid the weather won't last so I have some extra tickets which might be
available if you ask!)
Mark Davis - my cousin! Mark's a Genius.. (if I may be so bold I'd have to
say it runs in the family! :P )
Sarah Davis - She's the smart lady who married my cousin Mark! Welcome!

That last few weeks have been eventful I'm just not goign to blog about
them..... guess they will be lost in time! :(. I'll try and do better about
blogging in the future.
