Me versus HotOrNot (expanding my horizons) Category: Friends So I posted my picture in facebook on hot or not. This was me exploring my exterior boundaries in attempting to see how bad I could be humiliated and try something new. So I took my current profile picture and posted it. There is also a section called "Meet me". So I filled it out and I read the instructions. From what I could see I click "meet me", then yes or no, and if the other person clicks yes suddenly a message appears saying a match was made. Anyway I was intrigued... it appeared I could anonymously click yes, and if the other person anonymously clicked yes then suddenly both were notified. The reality of everything was completely different.. as soon as you click yes the other person gets a message saying a person wants to meet me. But I was blissfully unaware, I went through the whole world and just started clicking YES or NO on people. I think I racked up a lot of clicks. I wasn't too worried about it because if we both clicked yes I would still have a chance to confirm it. At least that is what I believed. So I was bored and I happily rated people for a while and clicked yes and no on people... a lot of people... all over the world. I knew I was safe because the chance of that some person randomly on the internet clicking yes on me was pretty small and it was... well dangerously exciting clicking yes on people. Little did I know I was happily sending "meet me" messages to all kinds of people!!!! Later I found out I was happily sending "meet me" messages... but here is something cool my picture was rated 8.3! Although the moment I found out that was the case I deleted my account. Anyway I created a new account and this time I didn't click yes on anyone and I just finished deleting it after one day. I got 5.5 on my score and... I guess I was a little dissappointed. now normal things: Went to dinner with Sarah, Ashleigh, Jason, Annie, Amanda and Debbie today for "book club" after work at that Thai place in Auke Bay. Took quite a while to scrape the ice off of the blue truck. After that I went climbing... I really like doing that. Yesterday I ate a GREAT pizza over at Amanda's... it was really good! Tomorrow I'm going snowboarding and I think climbing after that. (back to back days are pretty cool to do now and then :P ). 	Heather	Oh Myron, you crap me up!!! I seriously had to laugh out loud at the dangerously exciting comment, your too funny. I am however, a little dissapointed in you. I think you should have actually talked to some of the people you rated hot or whatever. At least it would really broaden your horizons. Besides, its not like youd actually have to talk to ALL of them, just the really interesting ones. But, none the less, kudos for at least partially attempting something new.
