I make plans.
But sometimes fate just has a way of changing them.. you'll see my last plans from my last blog are completely messed up! No Torsten's Bonfire was not on friday... so because of that my plans were open... and open plans... well lets see what happens with open plans.
So this is how things REALLY go down:
Thursday: Get out of work a little later after some emergency happens, start a process which will take a few hours then I run to the Rock Dump and do some great climbs with Gary. Then run home, shower, and run to the office again to start the second stage of the process. Then I ran to Swing Dance lessons (i know I said waltz in the last blog but it was a typo).
Then after Swing Dance with Debbie I ran back to the office until 1am and I got everything done. Cool thing is I was told I could take the next day off.
Friday:
SNOWSUN, the day was sunny and snowy at the same time...!! But that is pretty irrelevant to how the day really went down.
Anyway what really happened is an emergency occurred. But I put on my illuminated shirt for the day which was fabulous! So I ended up back at the office. So the events were: Had lunch with Chris, Torsten, Amanda at Seongs Sushi Bar. Got my haircut done... it needed badly to happen. Got a bunch of work in then I cut out and ran up perseverance and the flume a couple of times. Ran into Rob in the lobby, he is new in town and I invited him over to Torsten's Bon Fire on Sunday night. Got back in my place and I got a phone call from Brenda who wanted some help moving a Washing Machine.
Went out with Brenda and moved the Washing Machine from her storage unit to her new apartment. Got a call from Torsten and Matt they wanted to go climbing.
I previously made plans to meet Russ, Jake, Damon, Nick, Sheila + gang over at the Buoy Deck. So I said meet me and I'd be there in about 20 minutes because I was still working on the Washing Machine. Made plans with Brenda to go up boarding tomorrow morning at 8:45am.
Got to the Buoy Deck ate a Buoy Burger then Matt and Torsten and I went to the DL and the DEC building to pick up a mountain bike, some skis as Torsten was going heli-skiing tomorrow and needed to get some gear from the office. We threw them all in the back of the little blue truck when I got a call from Amanda who wanted to find out if anything was going on and what was up.
Anyway went by my place picked up my climbing gear then we swung by and got Amanda.
It was pretty crowded with 4 people in the front of the blue pickup! So then we ran over to the Rock Dump and got some good climbs in.
This girl Isabelle was and not last year but the previous 2 years before that she sold me Juneau Jumper tickets. Anyway I mentioned that to her and she had some raffle tickets for Juneau Jumpers. So I bought one for this year and one for the year before that when somehow I missed her when she came by my place to sell them. She also got some other people to buy tickets as well!
Then we headed out to the DL. Chris called I think, anyway we all ended up going over to Debbies. I dropped Matt and Amanda off and I needed to give a ride to Torsten home and get is Maemo Mapper repositories right and get USBControl going.
Aaron called to find out if anything was going on tonight and I told him I was going over to Torsten's and wouldn't be back in town, I was fading from Cell range so I said give Amanda a call to find out what was going on.
I got all of the stuff going with Torsten with the N800 and headed back into town. I got back to Debbie's and Aaron was there with the impromptu party. Amanda is going boarding tomorrow too so she wanted to get home a little earlier so we bid our fairwells and headed home.
Tomorrow morning: Boarding!

Spring is in the air (even though it DID snow yesterday!)
Hi Everyone... today was sunny!!!
And everyone knows what that means.... HAPPY ME!
Okay, the sun always makes a huge difference in the well being of everyone.
So whats been going on? (this is a question by me for me!)
Yesterday I went climbing for 2 1/2 hours or so, doing some routes with Gary then doing a lot of slack-lining. Yes the Rock Dump put up a slack-line! Tried to do some bouldering but I was pretty tired by the end of that. Made plans for next week depending upon the weather to go out to the sea-cliffs. Talked to Torsten and he's probably going to go out there too... should be a blast if the weather is good! Gary is bringing his full set of gear and Torsten has his which means... we'll have a lot of gear.
I went to the Dentists to have a consultation. I have baby teeth in one spot, they are in pretty good shape but my dentist wants to pull them and replace them with implants sooner rather than when I'm old. So we're setting up a plan where in 6 months I'll start getting some orthodontics done to rearrange some teeth to make it perfect for a new implant. I guess I should plan this ahead of time in case for some reason in the future the teeth decay or something bad happens to them.
Today I got my "sound activated shirt". Yep that's right you can see it on thinkgeek under illuminated t-shirts at http://www.thinkgeek.com/tshirts/illuminated/8a5b/.
I had a blast with this today and me smiling and having fun is contagious so EVERYONE has fun. Who can't like a shirt which does graphic displays on the front based on ambiant sound! Travis and I hooked it up to his music phone and the shirt worked PERFECTLY in time with the music.... totally cool!
After work I ran home got into my running gear and went up perseverance then I went back to great basin road, then down the flume ... twice. An hour+ later I was done... not even tired at all, I was running an easy 9 minute pace just enjoying the great weather and air (and happy porcupines that were crawling about!). And even though my ipod Nike device which records my running managed to break it couldn't bring me down. The whole time I just thought about how great and exciting the future is going to be!
Then I went and after a quick shower went and ate Buffalo Steak with my Mom and her and my step-dad went out for a function (like every wednesday!).
Met a guy Rob in the elevator, seemed really cool; new in town... climber wouldn't mind going outdoor climbing so if the weather is good I'll give him a call. He seemed to have a decent amount of gear but.... we'll see. It's always nice to make new friends!
Future Plans:
Tomorrow (Thursday)
Going climbing (Gary should me me there about 4:30 at the rock dump), then Waltz lessons with Debbie at 7.
I like Thursdays :)
Friday
Going out to the bouy deck for a bit with Jake and friends at 5pm after work I'll hang out with them and I'm supposed to bring my illuminated shirt too!
Then after that Torsten's Bonfire at 7pm at smugglers cove. This is a semi-open event an invitation went out but Torsten is TERRIBLE at organizing. (and he will agree with this and everyone who knows him will also say that), so we can bring anyone we want too. So *hint* *hint* anyone who wants an invitation or would like to go can come as my guest. I'll probably make some calls anyway.
The type of party it is: "Party - Night of Mayhem" so... who knows!
I guess I won't be doing anything active on Friday but hey... that's the way it goes!
Saturday
SNOWBOARDING!!!!!!! YEAH!! P.S. anyone want to go up with me? I figured Alex might want to go so I sent him a facebook message but he never got back to me... I guess I should give him a call. Then we have a function being put on by Amanda which as always will be a pleasure I am sure!
Sunday
Bookclub + movie. I'm thinking I'll try and get together with my little from Big Brothers Big Sisters as well.
Alright I figure I don't need to advance plan everything in my blog farther than that for now!

I outsmarted a Chimichanga!!!!
Everyone knows that I've been sabotaged by food before but... I have LEARNED to not be tricked by these tricky food items!
I eat a lot of chimichanga's because when I like something once... it MUST be good twice!
So when I was sick I ate a chimichanga and I put another one in the microwave... well I decided that I didn't like chimichanga's because I felt sick.
So I never went to the microwave.
A couple of weeks later I open the microwave because I'm thinking... maybe my rash assessment of Chimichanga's could have been because I was just sick in general. Well I open up the microwave and guess what!!!! There is all already microwaved chimichanga READY TO EAT!!! I didn't need to Microwave another Chimichanga.
Somehow this voice in the back of my head was screaming... it was saying:
Remember eating 3 day old bullwinkles smokey jack sandwich!!! Remember!
Remember the Fig Newton!
Remember the Poppers!!
All of these past experiences suddenly said... wait, maybe I SHOULDN'T accept this couple of week old microwaved Chimichanga. So I did something.. I THREW AWAY FOOD!
That's right.. me!
So I can be taught... everyone should be so proud of me!
This week has been pretty good.
Monday, I went out to Lunch with Kaitee and Amanda, then went to Subway with Amanda for dinner and to the Gym with her.
Tuesday, went climbing with Amanda and Debbie then we all went to Bullwinkles and had a pizza.
Wednesday, my step-dad flew in on the airplane (he should be here for a few days), we stopped by and got some snacks... He got me some icecream and waffles for breakfast.
Thursday, I did some EXCELLENT climbs. I got a 5.9 I could never do before, AND I got a brand new 5.10!!! And another 5.9 (Hosh Pipe) which I've never done before. Then Debbie and I went to Dance lessons and we had a great time!
Tomorrow I'm going to the monthly centennial dance with Debbie, should be good as I know more dances.
Then on Saturday I'm _NOT_ going snowboarding.. I know... I was planning on it. Instead I'm going to go do racquet ball with Chris Debbie and Amanda.
Then in that evening it is Janice's 50th Birthday party, that should be fun!

End of the weekend
So Friday I went to a "Pre Patty's Day party" at Ashleigh's and Nicks. Bunch of people showed up; everyone was wearing green!
Although I got a few complaints that the color wasn't really that "green". But nevertheless it seemed okay!
Saturday was a party at Chris's hotel. The party was called a "Kristoffer Party". This was a lot of fun! Amanda posted an album on her facebook profile of the different pictures. There was this area which was supposedly "restricted" but everyone went into it... that was quite a bit of fun. And it seemed people were somewhat impressed with my climbing skills.
I hope Chris does another party like this as I did enjoy it!

I'm getting better!
Next blog will be longer and more interesting (I hope).
After my fever lifted I was still sick... cough and I was still tired and didn't feel very good.
Went climbing on Tuesday and Thursday last week but I didn't go to Dance lessons because I wasn't feeling too hot. Neither was Debbie.
I went snowboarding on Saturday but I didn't do super great. But at least I made it up there. Tuesday I did MUCH better climbing which was very nice. (I got a 5.10 in!)
Today Debbie is in Mexico so I didn't have a dance partner; I managed to sucker in Ms. M. as a last minute date to fill in for Debbie since she was gone. I think she enjoyed it.
Anyway more stuff than what I mentioned went on but I guess I'm just not in a writing mood right now.

Fever lifted
My weekend of hell ended sometime ~3-4am monday morning when my fever appears to have lifted.
I woke up completely exhausted but the fog from my brain was lifted.
I didn't go to work today.
Tomorrow I'll go to work and hopefully my cough will be less, talk about a weekend ruined! I'm not quite fixed completely yet but at least I know I have gotten over the worst stuff.

I feel terrible
So lastnight I took my little brother from BBBS up to eaglecrest and I was feeling SOO badly. Whenever I stood around I just got exhausted.
I ended up staying in the lodge and sleeping with a terrible headache and generally feeling miserable.
When I was driving home it felt like I was in a fog, I made it home about 8:30 and just plopped down on my bed without undressing or anything and embraced my misery.
I was so hot and yet... I constantly had these chills running down me like I was freezing.
I got up about 10:00am after having a terrible restless night. It was strange while I was sleeping (or non-sleeping) it was like I had no control over my brain. I kept on having this nightmare where I knew I couldn't move unless the world moved around me through these spikes that were in the ground.
All I could do is mentally move the earth around me. And yet whenever I did it I would just get tired... and more tired.
I would wake up over and over again feeling completely and utterly exhausted and yet... I couldn't sleep. I couldn't do anything, all I knew is the world was butterfly's that constantly fluttered around in my brain.
This morning I also felt bad... I woke up exhausted. I have this fog on my brain where I just can't seem to think straight, my mind constantly going in wierd directions. I've just laid down on the floor (several times) and closed my eyes and just hope it goes away.
So I didn't go snowboarding today (obviously), and I'm going to miss out on the party tonight it seems.
So far this weekend is shaping up to be fabulous.
